This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist families and clients as they embark on their initial discussions regarding in-home, non-medical care.
• Engage with prospective clients mainly via phone, as well as through email, chat, and text to assess their requirements.
• Create, execute, and continually refine sales playbooks and strategies while mentoring the Care Solutions Consultants team.
• Evaluate success through the ability to connect with clients and achieve daily outreach and conversion targets.
• Manage both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring quality, empathy, and accuracy in every interaction.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in phone-based sales or customer service (both inbound and outbound).
• Proven experience in developing sales strategies.
• You excel in a metrics-driven environment and are driven by achieving goals and earning incentives.
• You possess empathetic communication skills, balancing compassion with decisive sales execution.
• Experience in remote work, effectively managing your time, and maintaining connections with a virtual team.
• Background in home care, healthcare, or senior services is highly advantageous.
• Variable bonus ranging from $10,000 to $15,000.
