Senior CaptivateIQ Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Set up intricate business scenarios within the CaptivateIQ platform.

• Create technical solutions for new or highly complex challenges that cannot be addressed using existing methods or strategies.

• Configure and implement a complete solution (including Data Workbooks, Transformation Workbooks, Global Attributes, Plans, Statements, User Roles).

• Establish procedures to ensure high work quality through team meetings, deliverable reviews, peer evaluations, and more.

• Document requirements utilizing a BRD template.

• Lead, develop, and document design initiatives.

• Apply best practices and standards to organize information and manage timelines effectively.

• Ensure that the necessary resources and skill sets are represented on the team while actively managing the scope to prevent scope creep.

• Assess team members’ deliverables and provide constructive feedback and corrective actions to guarantee the required quality and accuracy.

• Actively seek alternative ideas and methods to stay within budget.

• Evaluate costs, benefits, risks, and chances of success when making recommendations or decisions.

• Anticipate potential issues and develop contingency plans proactively.

• Be recognized as an expert, offering advice or solutions in advanced technical areas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of configuration experience with the CaptivateIQ Platform.

• At least 3 years of experience in the SPM sector or consulting.

• Experience supporting clients with all self-service features of the tool, particularly in Data integration, Plan Documents, and Inquiries.

• Familiarity with Quick Reporting functionality.

• Experience in designing and building using the Advanced Reporting features (dashboards and exports).

• Proven track record in leading requirements gathering sessions.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and other spreadsheet software.

• Exceptional communication skills, encompassing writing, listening, and speaking.
