Senior Capital Markets Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the daily execution of Borrowing Base calculations, loan sales, and operational processes.

• Ensure data accuracy and timely lender submissions to safeguard Addi's liquidity.

• Create and document daily monitoring, reporting workflows, and coordination protocols.

• Execute end-to-end Borrowing Base calculations and loan sale operations in Databricks and Excel independently.

• Collaborate with the data team to automate manual balance updates and minimize handling of high-volume Excel files.

• Maintain a lender-specific cut-off calendar and proactively identify at-risk deliverables.

• Restructure and standardize the Drive repository with version control and filing conventions.

• Ensure CMO files are accessible and verifiable during lender or regulatory audits.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a financial institution, asset management, brokerage, or regulated-credit fintech with direct involvement in capital markets or treasury operations.

• Familiarity with strict external deadlines and error-free processes such as settlements, reconciliations, credit facility reporting, or similar tasks.

• Experience in managing daily financial reporting or operational processes affecting downstream cash flow, lenders, or regulatory compliance.

• Advanced skills in Excel, including complex formulas, data validation, and optimization of large files.

• Capability to interpret Databricks query outputs and independently convert them into operational reports.

• Proficiency in SQL for data retrieval and basic scripting is advantageous; a willingness to learn is necessary.

• Experience in managing daily or intraday deliverables with external cut-off times.

• Proven track record of proactively identifying operational risks.

• Experience in maintaining audit-ready financial documentation, including version control, naming conventions, and access management.

• Experience in supporting or preparing for an actual audit.

• Familiarity with identifying manual processes for automation and collaborating with data or engineering teams to automate workflows.

• Regular use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot for documentation, analysis, or repetitive tasks.

• Ability to critically assess and edit AI-generated outputs.

• Conversational English proficiency requested in the application form.
