This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will optimize the Google Ads accounts of our growth clients (primarily Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and possibly Display/Video/Demand Gen).
• You will manage budgets and bidding strategies according to clearly defined objectives (ROAS, POAS, CPA, CR, profitability).
• You will develop clean, scalable campaign and feed structures along the customer journey.
• You will analyze performance data, identify patterns, and derive specific optimization measures and tests, which you will implement directly in the account.
• You will test levers such as Custom Labels, Audience Signals, margin logics, and creatives – transitioning winning setups into stable standards.
• You will collaborate closely with account management, copy, design, and tracking – always focusing on effectiveness rather than mere action.
• 1–3+ years of operational experience with Google Ads, ideally in e-commerce or performance environments.
• Solid understanding of Search, Shopping, and ideally PMax campaigns.
• Proficient in metrics such as ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, AOV; POAS/profit mindset is a plus.
• Ideally, some experience with feed optimization, custom labels, Looker Studio, Microsoft Clarity, or CRO/A/B testing.
• Strong focus on data, target audiences, budgets, and creatives – you think in terms of levers, not just “actions.”
• Structured working style, high quality awareness, and well-documented setups.
• Eager to learn, open to feedback, and enthusiastic about professional and personal development.
• Friendly, empathetic, humble – with very strong communication and organizational skills.

• Fair, above-average fixed salary (e.g., €40,000–65,000 gross/year – depending on level & experience).
• Work model: Remote from senior roles – or hybrid in our office in the heart of Düsseldorf.
• 37.5 hours/week.
• Equipment & tools: MacBook, large screen, robust tool stack including Profitmetrics, Optmyzr, Semrush.

• Working with high five- to six-figure monthly budgets, direct access to senior colleagues and management, clear path towards Senior SEA Campaign Manager / Specialist for Key Accounts and Team Lead.
