This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Manage and monitor incoming calls effectively.
• Prepare and submit precise, comprehensive reports within government systems.
• Provide training and onboarding for new Customer Service Representatives (CSRs).
• Perform database tasks and conduct open-source research.
• Appropriately route and escalate calls as necessary.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned.
• Over 5 years of experience in a call center environment.
• An Associate's Degree (may be replaced with relevant additional work experience).
• Demonstrated ability to multitask while communicating and entering data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in telephony systems, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in managing sensitive information.
