
Senior Call Center Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
β’ Respond to and monitor incoming calls
β’ Create and submit precise, detailed reports within government systems
β’ Provide training and onboarding for new Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)
β’ Perform database and open-source research
β’ Appropriately route and escalate calls
β’ Additional responsibilities as assigned
β’ Minimum of 5 years of experience in a call center environment
β’ Associate's Degree
β’ Demonstrated ability to multitask while communicating and entering data
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
β’ Proficient in telephony systems, CRM software, and the Microsoft Office Suite
β’ Experience in managing sensitive information
