• Extensive experience in C# .NET full-stack web development.

• Demonstrated capability to lead a feature through all stages — specification, construction, testing, and delivery.

• Proficient in React and TypeScript, with a strong ability to integrate frontends with backends.

• Experience with SQL, along with comfort in unit and UI testing.

• A collaborative approach - effectively work with developers of varying expertise and engage others in the process.

• Strong communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences.
