Senior Business Value Engineer

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with clients to identify avenues for growth and profitability through tailored storytelling.

• Create ROI/TCO models that highlight value areas driven by innovative products, emerging trends, and market challenges.

• Support pre- and post-sales teams by providing training, developing content, and offering assistance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft cohesive value narratives and synchronize internal stakeholders with external messaging.

• Team up with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, and Observability Architects to define and express the business value of products and services.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in value management, consulting, or engineering.

• Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative analysis methods.

• Proficient in analyzing complex data sets.

• Skilled at creating engaging customer-facing narratives.

• Capable of effectively communicating findings to audiences ranging from technical staff to executive leaders.

• Experience working alongside GTM leaders in Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance.

• Possess a growth mindset with a readiness to learn new technologies and adapt swiftly.

• Bonus: 3+ years of experience in observability, ideally with open-source tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or Loki.

• Bonus: Familiarity with the open-source ecosystem and community.
