Senior Business Systems Analyst - SailPoint

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Interact with business and application owners to collect, document, and assess SailPoint-related business requirements.

• Convert business needs into precise functional and technical specifications for the configuration and workflows of SailPoint IdentityIQ.

• Organize and oversee User Access Reviews (UARs) within SailPoint, which includes quarterly certification campaigns (8-week cycle).

• Work alongside Compliance to ensure that SailPoint certifications adhere to regulatory and audit standards.

• Evaluate, document, and assist with enhancement requests, access policy modifications, and role updates in SailPoint.

• Collaborate with IAM Operations to diagnose and resolve production issues concerning SailPoint modules, provisioning, and certification logic.

• Play a role in automating manual processes to enhance operational efficiency and minimize human error.

• Coordinate with IAM Development, Compliance, and Operations teams to guarantee timely completion of certification cycles and issue resolution.

• Convey SailPoint processes, campaign updates, and remediation tasks to business users and application teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ modules, certification campaigns, and workflow management.

• Experience in Identity Governance processes such as Access Reviews, Role Management, and Provisioning.

• Proficient in documenting requirements, process flows, and functional specifications with a high degree of accuracy.

• Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, and application onboarding procedures within IAM platforms.

• Analytical mindset capable of troubleshooting and resolving technical and functional issues.

• Exceptional collaboration and communication abilities across cross-functional teams, including Compliance, Audit, and IT Operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

• Over 4 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, ideally with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
