This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary functional leader for the Workday Learning, Recruiting, Talent, and Advanced Compensation modules.
• Design, configure, test, and implement Workday business processes, frameworks, eligibility rules, and security settings.
• Ensure that system configurations remain aligned with changing business requirements, compliance obligations, and enterprise standards.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and optimize end-to-end processes across recruiting, talent, and compensation.
• Collaborate with People Tech engineers to design and execute Workday automation, including Extend applications, RaaS-based solutions, integrations, and AI-driven workflows.
• Minimize operational obstacles by removing unnecessary approvals, enhancing self-service options, and improving system usability.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance recruiting processes, talent insights, and compensation evaluations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to assess, pilot, and implement AI-enhanced solutions that boost People Team effectiveness.
• Serve as a strategic partner to Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, Finance, and HR leadership.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and convert business needs into functional and technical solutions.
• Promote adoption through change management, documentation, and training initiatives.
• Work with People Analytics to ensure reliable, actionable data across recruiting, talent, and compensation.
• Create and support dashboards, reports, and audit frameworks that promote data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure all system modifications adhere to established change management and compliance standards (SOX, ITGC, audit requirements).
• Over 7 years of experience in Workday functional configuration, with extensive expertise in Recruiting, Talent, and/or Advanced Compensation.
• Strong background in designing and optimizing intricate Workday business processes.
• Experience in supporting advanced compensation programs, annual compensation reviews, or performance cycles.
• Demonstrated ability to automate workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with HR, Finance, and IT teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Preferred experience with Workday Extend, RaaS, integrations, or automation frameworks.
• Exposure to or direct experience with AI-enabled HR solutions.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOX, ITGC).
