Senior Business Systems Analyst – Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily administration, configuration, and reliability of NetSuite and its related financial systems.

• Handle a substantial volume of NetSuite support tickets with an emphasis on quick response times.

• Direct the complete delivery process of NetSuite enhancements and projects.

• Design, construct, and sustain integrations between NetSuite and external systems.

• Promote AI-driven process automation within the accounting department.

• Spearhead initiatives for IPO readiness.

• Collaborate with Finance leadership to gain insights into existing business processes.

• Work alongside SI partners on outsourced projects.

• Provide mentorship to junior team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on techno-functional experience with NetSuite.

• Proven track record in writing and managing NetSuite scripts and workflows utilizing SuiteScript 2.0 and SuiteFlow.

• In-depth knowledge of finance and accounting processes, including AR, AP, GL, P2P, Treasury, RevRec, Book Close, and the supporting systems.

• Experience in delivering comprehensive ERP implementations or significant enhancements in a consulting or individual contributor role.

• Strong BSA fundamentals: capable of leading requirements sessions, creating clear documentation, and translating complex technical concepts for non-technical Finance stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume support queue while concurrently advancing project work—organized, responsive, and composed under pressure.

• Experience collaborating with compliance, risk, and audit teams on SOX or SOC-type projects.

• An AI-native mindset—actively seeking opportunities to leverage AI tools to minimize manual tasks, enhance accuracy, and expedite financial close cycles.

• A self-starter attitude with the capacity to establish credibility swiftly in a fully remote, dynamic environment.
