Senior Business Systems Analyst, CRM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete solution design process for Salesforce initiatives, encompassing everything from discovery to design approval.

• Create technical design documents, data models, integration specifications, and architecture decision records.

• Assess and recommend solution strategies throughout the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, ServiceMax, Conga CPQ, Conga CLM, Data Cloud (Data 360), Agentforce, and Experience Cloud.

• Develop cross-system solutions that incorporate integrations with middleware (SnapLogic), ERP (SAP), and other enterprise systems.

• Outline data flows, API contracts, event-driven patterns, and strategies for error handling.

• Perform fit-gap analyses for new requirements, determining when to utilize declarative capabilities, custom development, AppExchange products, or third-party solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce solution design, architecture, or senior technical delivery roles.

• Proven experience in designing solutions across various Salesforce clouds and third-party add-ons (such as ServiceMax, Conga CPQ/CLM, or similar).

• Proficiency in designing cross-system integrations that involve middleware (like SnapLogic or similar), ERP (SAP), and enterprise data platforms.

• Familiarity with Agile Scrum delivery models, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and iterative delivery processes.

• Demonstrated ability to produce technical design artifacts, including solution architecture diagrams, data models, integration specifications, and architecture decision records.

• Experience in regulated environments (HIPAA, FDA, SOX) is preferred.
