Senior Business Systems Analyst – CLM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance the contract/workflow (CLM) platform, focusing on configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvements.

• Design and refine workflows, approvals, forms/UI, fields, and business rules to facilitate scalable business processes.

• Manage and enhance data structures (tables, fields, relationships) to maintain data integrity and usability.

• Support and optimize the complete contract lifecycle, including governance of templates and clause libraries.

• Create and manage dashboards and reports to provide business insights and inform decision-making.

• Oversee user access, roles, and permissions, ensuring appropriate security measures and data governance are in place.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business requirements into effective system solutions.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to workflows, data, integrations, and system performance.

• Support and improve integrations and data flows between various systems.

• Identify and implement automation, standardization, and system improvements, including AI-enabled capabilities, to enhance contract operations and efficiency.

• Provide global user support during EST business hours, including intake, training, and promoting adoption while identifying UX enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience in business systems, platform administration, or workflow-oriented systems.

• Proficiency in working with configurable platforms (e.g., CLM tools, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar).

• Strong technical skills in: Workflow configuration and logic.

• Data modeling expertise (fields, tables, relationships).

• Experience in system configuration and troubleshooting.

• Background in supporting integrations, automation, or system-to-system workflows.

• Ability to conceptualize scalability, system design, and maintainability.

• Comfortable collaborating across time zones and supporting a global user base.

• Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in media, sports, entertainment, or other fast-paced sectors.

• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms (e.g., Agiloft, Ironclad, Icertis, or similar).

• Knowledge of Legal Operations or contract workflows.

• Familiarity with data modeling, integrations, automation concepts, or AI-enabled features.

• Interest in learning about and supporting adjacent workflow or project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com).
