Senior Business Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Lead discovery initiatives to evaluate intricate business processes across product, sales, and customer success operations.

• Convert vague business requirements into precise specifications, user narratives, process maps, and system architectures.

• Decompose overarching concepts into actionable outputs (data maps, workflows, diagrams).

• Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business Systems teams to design and enhance internal tools and platforms aimed at boosting operational efficiency and user experience.

• Examine data to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities.

• Identify possibilities to utilize AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and automation for improving workflows, decision-making, and customer experience.

• Assist in establishing scalable frameworks for AI-driven process enhancements and quality assessments.

• Own and maintain high-quality documentation in Jira.

• Cultivate robust stakeholder relationships and effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in business systems analysis, product operations, or related fields.

• Proven capability to analyze complex systems and drive solutions from conception through execution.

• Strong proficiency with Salesforce and integrated business systems.

• Demonstrated expertise in process mapping, requirements gathering, and system design.

• Strong data skills (analysis, mapping, validation, KPI definition).

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and ambiguous setting.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
