Senior Business Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business and technology teams to design, implement, and enhance enterprise platforms including Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Digital Experience/Digital Asset Management solutions.

• Convert business requirements into precise functional specifications.

• Assist in the delivery and integration of platforms.

• Ensure that technology solutions yield quantifiable business and user results.

• Lead comprehensive requirements gathering across business, digital, and operational processes.

• Conduct stakeholder workshops, interviews, and design sessions.

• Manage and track requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring scope adherence and quality assurance.

• Aid in vendor assessments, RFP creation, and selection of SaaS solutions.

• Organize and assist with system, integration, and user acceptance testing.

• Identify system or process deficiencies and propose enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst within enterprise or digital settings.

• Practical experience in supporting Salesforce, ServiceNow, CRM, or DXP/DAM implementations.

• Strong proficiency in requirements analysis, process modeling, and solution design.

• Experience in SaaS and cloud-based platform environments.

• Comprehensive knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and relational databases.

• Demonstrated capability to collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors.

• Outstanding communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience in supporting digital transformation projects; experience in non-profit organizations is a plus.
