Senior Business Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belarus.

📋 Description

• Facilitate Discovery and Requirements Refinement workshops with clients to ensure clear requirement definitions while exploring solution alternatives that leverage existing platform capabilities instead of creating one-off custom solutions.

• Conduct thorough impact assessments, evaluating dependencies and the influence on downstream systems and operational processes.

• Effectively communicate and relay customer requirements and your impact assessments to Product, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

• Analyze technical specifications for files, APIs, and other messaging systems (e.g., ISO8583) to determine potential impacts.

• Examine and analyze merchant, transaction, and product-rule data to identify potential impacts.

• Provide L1/L2 support to clients during System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and participate in 24x7 on-call support on a rotating basis.

• Assist the Project Management team in planning the release of changes and projects to meet client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and launch timelines.

• Lead and take part in client workshops, offering support services in both remote and on-site settings.

• Maintain tickets with precise and current status updates.

• Carry out any additional responsibilities that may be assigned periodically.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the card payments sector, ideally with hands-on experience in one of the following areas: card issuing, merchant acquiring, card scheme compliance, or a relevant payment technology.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience acquired in a technical setting.

• Superior written and verbal communication abilities in English.

• Proficient in leading stakeholder engagements and workshops in both remote and on-site formats.

• Open to international travel, especially across Europe, Latin America, and North America.
