This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead product discovery sessions alongside product managers, product owners, and business end users to collect business requirements for new products.
• Analyze and document business requirements through experiences, epics, stories, and acceptance criteria in JIRA, catering to both business and technical audiences.
• Collaborate with fellow Product Leads and the Master Business Analyst to identify and define product dependencies, interfaces, and potential risks.
• Establish and document acceptance criteria for user stories using a given-when-then format.
• Generate meeting minutes and summarize key decision points at the end of discussions.
• Work closely with Product Management and Agile development teams to convey detailed product requirements for development.
• Develop business process workflows and any additional artifacts as necessary.
• Partner with technical visionaries to outline implementation steps and other deliverables.
• Demonstrate the ability to efficiently support multiple concurrent work streams, including projects and program initiatives, while prioritizing, managing, and executing effectively under tight timelines and unclear tasking.
• Operate remotely within a Scale Agile Framework (SAFe) development environment to assist with Program Increment (PI) planning, reviewing program backlog, and updating the product roadmap.
• Over 10 years of experience in the technical and business requirements gathering process.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business Systems, Management Information Systems, IT Management, or another IT-related degree is preferred.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with architecture, development, and testing teams to interpret requirements.
• Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and directions.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience using collaboration tools such as JIRA, Rally, etc.
• Ability to successfully obtain and maintain a U.S. Suitability/Public Trust Background Clearance.
