This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Translating business needs into technological solutions that align with the Company's goals and objectives.
• Acts as an effective intermediary between the Business and IT, analyzing, troubleshooting, and escalating business system requirements, with a particular focus on efficiency and compliance.
• Provides technical assistance to support system administrators in ensuring software functionality adheres to established policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Utilizes advanced expertise to offer strategic recommendations for process improvement and standardization, while also mentoring junior staff.
• Collects, defines, and documents intricate business systems requirements and processes.
• Develops and implements project work plans, facilitating meetings across various functional teams.
• Assesses, prioritizes, and oversees user acceptance testing and data validation processes.
• Aids the team in planning and deploying system enhancements or new system developments into production.
• Plays a significant role in the change management process in collaboration with the IT department.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, or analytical techniques, or equivalent relevant work experience is required.
• High School diploma is mandatory.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a business analyst on large and complex projects that involved building or enhancing production systems is required.
• At least three (3) years of experience in mortgage lending is required.
• Proven track record of leading and executing projects within a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to excel in a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent critical thinking and analytical capabilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Independent, self-driven, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Demonstrates sound judgment in decision-making.
• Experience in developing project plans, process flow diagrams, use cases, current/future state diagrams, functional and technical requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
