This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Collaborate directly with practice group leaders, paralegals, and in-house legal counsel to pinpoint valuable workflow automation and AI integration prospects.
• Serve as the technical Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for Legal AI tools — overseeing the entire lifecycle from intake to deployment within your designated legal function.
• Develop, test, and implement Legal AI workflows, multi-agent workflows, RAG pipelines, and AI copilots powered by Claude Enterprise, with the option to create MCPs as an additional responsibility.
• Conduct discovery workshops and convert business requirements into specifications ready for engineering teams.
• Navigate internal governance frameworks (PLADIS, Security, Privacy) on behalf of Legal stakeholders — handling intake, reviews, and approvals.
• Manage the Legal Tech project portfolio, ensuring initiatives are effectively tracked, prioritized, and communicated to leadership.
• Establish trusted relationships with Deputy General Counsels, Legal Operations leaders, and cross-functional partners in BizTech, Security, and Engineering.
• Design and deliver training sessions on Claude Enterprise for Legal teams — focusing on prompting, workflow integration, and responsible AI utilization.
• Develop adoption playbooks, user guides, and enablement materials customized for Legal roles (lawyers, paralegals, legal operations).
• Monitor usage metrics and adoption KPIs; report on impact to Legal Technology and CLO leadership.
• Over 8 years of professional experience in Legal Technology or Enterprise SaaS implementation — ideally within a technology firm or law firm technology department.
• At least 2 years of demonstrable experience utilizing AI in workflows and for customer support.
• Proven history of designing and constructing AI-powered applications, including multi-agent workflows, retrieval systems, and large language model (LLM) integrations.
• Established record in forward-deployed, embedded, or client-centric technical roles.
• Experience in researching and deploying custom applications from the Marketplace, from research through to design and implementation.
• Advanced degree (e.g., MS/MBA) in Business, Computer Science, or related fields is preferred.
• Proven experience in designing and executing custom business solutions and integrations using enterprise platforms.
• Proficient in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration within large global organizations.
• Capable of leading complex projects, simplifying technical concepts, and advancing operational excellence.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially in evaluating technical designs, leading workshops, and interacting with senior leadership.
• Recognizes opportunities for product and process enhancements and can spearhead and implement these improvements, securing necessary buy-in from stakeholders and leadership.
