Senior Business Program Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and oversee a portfolio of reporting and analytics requests.

• Effectively manage multiple simultaneous projects with little guidance.

• Set up and maintain tracking for requests, timelines, dependencies, and results.

• Convert business strategies, objectives, and operational requirements into practical reporting solutions.

• Collaborate directly with leadership to grasp reporting needs, priorities, and changing requirements.

• Create, develop, and improve dashboards, reports, and data solutions.

• Analyze data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities across various programs.

• Independently track reporting performance and results over time.

• Coordinate efforts across business, operations, and data teams to guarantee successful delivery of reporting initiatives.

• Oversee the complete execution of reporting projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in business analysis, program analysis, reporting, or analytics roles.

• Proven track record of managing end-to-end reporting or analytics initiatives.
