Senior Business Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the ISO ISG CSP sales operating cadence, ensuring consistent execution and alignment from leadership down to frontline teams.

• Enhance performance against targets by improving forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and accountability measures.

• Influence business decisions through insights by recognizing risks, identifying root causes, and uncovering growth opportunities.

• Streamline sales coverage and lead the quota planning process, ensuring resources are aligned with high-impact growth areas.

• Establish and uphold pipeline management and quality standards to boost conversion rates, deal velocity, and overall funnel health.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to align on priorities and implement key initiatives.

• Spearhead strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts, including the development of tools, reporting systems, and the evolution of the operating model.

• Act as a strategic partner to the VP of CSP Sales and report directly to the ISO ISG Business Operations Leader.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of Sales Operations or related experience, demonstrating increasing scope and leadership responsibilities.

• Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools; familiarity with Dynamics and Power BI is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technical, or a related field.

• Strong business and financial acumen.

• Experience in designing and scaling sales operating cadences, processes, and coverage models.

• Capability to operate at both strategic and execution levels within a matrixed organization.

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in translating data into actionable insights.

• Exceptional executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Flexibility with working hours and alignment to PST business hours.
