• Identify and seek out new business opportunities, whether with prospective clients or by enhancing revenue from the current portfolio (cross-sell and up-sell).
• Act in a consultative and personalized manner, delivering exceptional experiences and guidance to clients and prospects.
• Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aimed at attracting new clients and boosting revenue from existing clients.
• Create and implement strategies for customer retention.
• Present and demonstrate products/services to clients effectively.
• Conduct online or in-person meetings to negotiate and finalize contracts with new clients or to fortify relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with expectations.
• Keep abreast of market trends and competitors to uncover new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee the delivery of solutions that align with client needs.
• Prepare and present sales closing reports to senior management.
• Attend events and trade shows to promote the company's products/services, enhance relationships, and broaden the network of contacts.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
• Previous experience with Large Clients (Wholesale) in banks, financial institutions, payment institutions, and/or fintechs.
• Proven track record in new business prospecting and account management within a B2B context.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services, particularly payment methods and credit.
• Familiarity with CRM and customer relationship management tools, such as Salesforce.
• CPA-10 certification.
• Willingness to travel for events and on-site visits.
• Postgraduate degree or MBA in a related field (preferred).
• Knowledge of APIs (preferred).
• Fluent in English (preferred).
