📋 Description

• Articulate intricate analytical solutions, data relationships, and outcomes along with their business implications to various partners and stakeholders, utilizing exceptional data visualization and storytelling abilities.

• Utilize, integrate, and standardize diverse data sources, including enterprise systems, internal and third-party applications, and customer information.

• Collaborate with cross-functional, operational teams to create quantitative models and evaluate business hypotheses, guiding data-driven decisions to enhance productivity and boost revenue.

• Maintain the consistency and cleanliness of the data and analytics codebase to ensure a high-performance, stable environment for our clients.

• Propel business decisions by delivering data analysis and reporting on patterns, insights, and trends to key decision-makers.

• Apply analytics and metrics to illustrate key performance indicators, refine processes, and generate data-driven forecasts.

• Cultivate and sustain consultative relationships with essential stakeholders to effectively drive aligned business outcomes.

• Develop robust cross-functional relationships to effectively consolidate organizational needs and translate them into a unified data strategy.

• Integrate analytical insights from cross-functional, cross-market, and cross-category perspectives into strategic thought leadership and actionable recommendations to influence business decisions; ensure insights are collectively owned and promoted within the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field – such as mathematics, statistics, data, and analytics preferred, or equivalent experience.

• Over 6 years of experience in data and analytics, business intelligence, predictive analytics, or a similar consultative role.
