This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and facilitate business incident bridges to ensure swift resolutions by assigning appropriate priorities, engaging key resources, and keeping bridge participants focused on remediation efforts.
• Communicate incident status effectively to various stakeholders.
• Ensure that incident bridge activities are thoroughly documented and communicated to stakeholders.
• Identify owners for incident action items and monitor the status of deliverables from those owners.
• Serve as the point of contact for incident action item consumption, store artifacts, and distribute them as needed.
• Conduct post-incident reviews, collaborating with business partners to document and ensure the completion of action plans aimed at preventing recurrence.
• Aid in coordinating action items identified during the weekly Empower Incident Escalation Committee meeting, which includes managing deliverables related to root cause analysis and process improvement of gain/loss events, ensuring the long-term sustainability of remediation efforts.
• Experience in the retirement industry, including knowledge of defined contribution, defined benefit, non-qualified plans, and the financial services sector.
• Ability to collaborate across business units, influence teams, and drive action.
• Strong skills in project prioritization, analytical/problem solving, organization, and planning.
• Excellent presentation skills, complemented by strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Robust project management skills.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in your role.
• Basic familiarity with Six Sigma tools and concepts is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software programs.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or a combination of education and experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in a large, complex environment.
