This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on hiring for Technology roles at both consultative and specialist levels, including positions in Architecture, Artificial Intelligence, and Tech for retail.

• Responsible for profile mapping, screening, conducting interviews, aligning with managers, tracking the process, and providing support for decision-making until the hiring process is complete.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in high-volume recruitment and selection for operational roles;

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress;

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data presentations;

• Essential experience in recruiting for Tech roles (Architecture, Artificial Intelligence, and Tech Retail);

• Experience with ATS, preferably Gupy;

• Worked as a mid-level Tech Recruiter;

• Extensive knowledge of Tech Hunting platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, among others);
