No-Code Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• UI Development with No-Code Tools: Design application user interfaces utilizing no-code design tools, featuring a drag-and-drop interface for assembling UI components for pages and sections, thereby simplifying and expediting the development process.

• Automation of Server Logic: Implement server logic automation through no-code business process tools, akin to a diagramming tool, to execute intricate logic for applications, customized to BPMN notation, utilizing no-code functionalities to enhance automation.

• Integration of Web Services: Design web services for system integration with no-code tools, which includes crafting RESTful APIs and SOAP interfaces to facilitate smooth data interchange, ensuring compliance with security standards, and providing documentation for developers and external systems.

• Configuration of Webhook Services: Establish and configure webhook services using no-code tools to manage requests from external services, ensuring proper authentication, data processing, and logging for secure and dependable communication.

• Database Structure Design: Develop database architectures using Creatio Objects designer, which involves defining tables, relationships, and data fields to ensure scalability, performance, and data integrity.

• Breakdown of User Stories: Decompose User Stories into actionable tasks for no-code development.

• Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to gather insights regarding competitors, industry trends, and analytical reports (e.g., Gartner, Forrester) to pinpoint opportunities for product enhancement.

• Gathering Customer Feedback: Perform interviews with end users or solution consultants to collect customer feedback and essential product requirements.

• Collaboration with Quality Assurance: Work closely with Quality Assurance Engineers to ensure thorough manual and automated testing of developed solutions, ensuring high-quality, robust, and reliable results.

• Version Control Management: Employ Git/SVN for version control, promoting seamless collaboration, code integrity, and effective management of application modifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in executing business analysis and research activities, including market research, competitor evaluation, and gathering business requirements to guide product features.

• Proficient knowledge of database management, encompassing essential principles of T-SQL, data queuing, design of relationships, view models, indexes, and a foundational understanding of complex selection queries like joins and sub-selects.

• Strong grasp of BPMN notation principles, with the capability to model business processes accurately and effectively.

• Proven experience working within software development teams or as a business analyst for IT initiatives, showcasing effective collaboration skills.

• Practical experience in configuring information systems through user interface-based tools, ensuring optimal user experiences.

• Robust general understanding of technology concepts, data structures, and integration methods to guarantee seamless application of no-code solutions.

• Quick learner, able to swiftly adapt to new UI tools and technologies, with a strong desire to continually enhance your skill set.

• Proficient in English, capable of conducting interviews and collaborating effectively with international stakeholders.

• Preferred: Proven proficiency with one or more of the following platforms and tools: CRM, BPM, or No-Code Platform/System Experience.

• Coding abilities, with the capability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively.

• Familiarity with Figma or similar software for UI prototyping, creating clear and effective user interfaces that enhance the user experience.
