Digital Insights Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Thoroughly map and analyze the user journey in-depth (including both logged-in and logged-out sections, as well as applications), suggesting enhancements to the customer experience and conversion rates.

• Link digital metrics to key strategic business indicators such as campaign ROI, customer churn, and lifetime value.

• Create, test, and sustain reports and dashboards that consolidate analytics, marketing, CRM, and media data.

• Develop sophisticated real-time dashboards that combine behavioral data with internal corporate data sources.

• Perform regular benchmarks against industry standards to uncover opportunities and identify gaps within the digital product offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Digital Analytics with a focus on e-commerce conversion, digital products, or acquisition channels.

• Advanced SQL skills for modeling, joining, and cleansing intricate datasets in BigQuery / GCP environments.

• Expertise in advanced Looker Studio or Power BI (including DAX formulas, table relationships, and optimizing load performance).

• An analytical and consultative approach complemented by exceptional data storytelling abilities (transforming raw data into impactful business narratives).
