Production Management Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assists the Production team in achieving our regional or client objectives.

• Responsible for the continuous analysis, monitoring of KPIs, and data interpretation.

• Collaborates closely with all members of the Production team across various clients and regions.

• Utilizes data to identify strengths and areas for operational enhancement.

• Develops and effectively conveys recommendations at both client and regional levels.

• Researches, tracks, and oversees client or regional commitments, objectives, and expectations.

• Gathers data from multiple sources, cleans it, and analyzes it to uncover trends.

• Provides the team with actionable insights and analytical reports based on data to support decision-making processes.

• Monitors performance KPIs.

• Responds promptly to inquiries.

⛳️ Requirements

• 0 to 2 years of relevant prior experience.

• Ability to identify, assess, and resolve complex issues, particularly through data visualization.

• Proficient with technology and possesses advanced skills in analytical tools, especially PowerBI and MS Excel.

• Demonstrated ability to execute cross-functional and operational initiatives or manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proven expertise in project management.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English.

• Understanding of key metrics and best practices for reporting and metric development.

• Proven capability to prioritize tasks with a team and advocate for priorities with other teams.

• Demonstrates proficiency in technology applications pertinent to business and clinical functions, as well as in process improvement methodologies.
