This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Conduct extensive outbound outreach through cold calls, emails, and social media channels.
• Assess inbound leads and convert interest into viable sales opportunities.
• Facilitate discovery discussions to understand the needs, challenges, and compatibility of prospects.
• Generate and arrange qualified meetings and product demonstrations for the Sales team.
• Keep precise records in the CRM for activities, leads, and results.
• Adhere to established sales methodologies, messaging, and qualification standards.
• Continuously achieve or surpass activity, pipeline, and meeting objectives.
• Over 3 years of experience in BDR, SDR, or sales development roles (B2B, B2C, or both).
• Demonstrated comfort with high-volume outbound calling and multi-channel prospecting.
• Previous remote work experience, proficiency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies — non-negotiable.
• Practical experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable systems.
• Excellent communication abilities, resilience, and a results-oriented approach.
