This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Manage incoming leads and perform structured qualification discussions.
• Recognize qualified opportunities and schedule meetings and demonstrations.
• Carry out discovery calls and outline clear next steps for the Sales team.
• Record activities and accurately manage leads within the CRM system.
• Achieve daily activity objectives and monthly pipeline targets.
• Over 3 years of experience in sales development, BDR, or related fields.
• Strong capability to handle a high volume of calls when necessary.
• Previous remote work experience and proficiency with remote collaboration tools (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar).
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other comparable CRM systems.
• Confident communicator with a competitive and execution-oriented mindset.
