This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• **Drive Sales & Business Growth**
• - Take ownership of and achieve annual **sales objectives (bookings and revenue)** for the designated region.
• - Discover and pursue new business prospects and strategic accounts.
• - Lead **negotiations, contract formulation, and closing processes**.
• - Cross-sell the full range of Intertek CEA's services to current clients.
• - Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing company-wide growth and profitability.
• **Build Strong Client Relationships**
• - Establish and nurture **long-lasting partnerships** with **key clients** and stakeholders.
• - Serve as a trusted advisor within the **solar** and **storage ecosystem**.
• - Collaborate internally to improve **client experience and satisfaction**.
• - Broaden the client base within the territory in alignment with growth goals.
• **Represent the Intertek Brand**
• - Act as a prominent ambassador for Intertek CEA throughout Eastern Europe.
• - Participate in **industry conferences, trade fairs, and events**.
• - Maintain consistency and quality in brand messaging across all platforms.
• - Provide market insights and feedback to aid in strategic positioning.
• **Support Marketing & Market Intelligence**
• - Tailor messaging to suit local markets and cultural contexts.
• - Share field insights to bolster future campaigns and go-to-market strategies.
• - Contribute innovative ideas to enhance Intertek CEA’s competitive standing.
• - Bachelor's degree in **Engineering, Renewable Energy**, or a related field.
• - Significant experience in business development or sales within the renewable energy industry.
• - Strong technical understanding of **PV** and **BESS**.
• - Established connections with **IPPs**, **Developers**, and **EPCs**.
• - Robust commercial acumen with the capability to manage intricate sales cycles.
• - Proactive, hands-on, and results-oriented approach.
• - Willingness to travel throughout the region.
