This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take ownership of and achieve annual **sales objectives (bookings and revenue)** for the designated territory.
• Identify and pursue new business ventures and strategic accounts.
• Lead **negotiations, contract formulation, and closing processes**.
• Cross-sell the full range of Intertek CEA’s services to current clients.
• Build and sustain **long-term relationships** with **key clients** and stakeholders.
• Serve as a trusted advisor within the **solar** and **storage sector**.
• Collaborate internally to improve **client experience and satisfaction**.
• Represent Intertek CEA as a prominent ambassador throughout Eastern Europe.
• Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering, Renewable Energy**, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development or sales in the renewable energy industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of **PV** and **BESS**.
• Established connections with **IPPs**, **Developers**, and **EPCs**.
• A strong commercial acumen with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
• Proactive, hands-on, and results-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel throughout the region.
