• Generate high-quality pipeline through outbound efforts, brokers, and partnerships.
• Lead demos and initial commercial qualification calls.

• Maintain complete traceability in HubSpot.
• 2-4 years of experience in BDR/SDR or B2B Consultative Sales.
• Expertise in active prospecting and account opening.
• Ideally experienced in Fintech, factoring, or high-growth startups.
• Exceptional resilience, adaptability, and strong commercial judgment.
• Proficient in HubSpot, Apollo, Lusha, and Sales Navigator.
