This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to enhance and optimize existing banking and fiat wallet channels, aiming to boost conversion rates, transaction performance, and the overall user experience.
• Oversee daily fiat payment operations across bank transfers, local payment systems, and payment service providers (PSPs), which includes monitoring transaction flows, success rates, reconciliations, and addressing operational challenges such as delays, failures, and process deficiencies.
• Enhance and expand fiat operational workflows to minimize friction in the deposit and withdrawal process, increase efficiency, and implement automation, tools, and system enhancements as necessary.
• Propel fiat growth through go-to-market strategies, local business development efforts, and partnerships, utilizing user feedback, community insights, and competitor analysis to refine product, marketing, and operational strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and other stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance, support KYC/AML and fraud-related processes, facilitate the launch of new features, expand into new markets, and report on key performance metrics and operational insights.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in finance or International Business, with over 5 years of experience in the payment industry or related fields.
• Experience with local payment channels in Latin America.
• Previous operational experience with banking or wallet channels is a plus.
• A keen interest in cryptocurrencies, blockchain, and the trading or finance/banking/payments industries.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset, complemented by excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Data-savvy with a solid understanding of basic operational metrics.
