This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Develop a pipeline through outbound initiatives, referrals, and your personal network.
• Take responsibility for the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
• Actively manage deals—follow up, advocate, and close effectively.
• Focus on high-probability opportunities and efficiently manage your pipeline.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure successful deals.
• Provide insights on messaging, objections, and effective strategies in the market.
• Contribute to elevating team performance through excellent execution and insights.
• Uphold strong CRM practices and maintain accurate forecasting.
• Experience in a startup environment is required (either early-stage or high-growth).
• A minimum of 5 years in the fintech, banking, or financial services sectors.
• Proven track record as a closer with a history of achieving revenue goals.
• Experience in building a pipeline from the ground up.
• Excellent outbound and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable working with a high degree of ownership and minimal structure.
• Collaborative approach—you excel in working with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• Strong execution skills and ability to follow through on commitments.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
