This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Serve as a Myopia specialist and take responsibility for achieving MiSight 1day / Myopia management sales targets and KPIs within a designated geographical area.
• Report directly to the Regional Sales Manager BELUX and collaborate with two Regional Sales Managers.
• Propel the activation and adoption of myopia management product(s) within targeted accounts to meet sales goals.
• Establish and nurture robust partnerships with customer business teams in the CV sector.
• Collaborate closely with other Business Development Managers on target accounts.
• Develop an in-depth clinical understanding of myopia management and CV myopia management products.
• Act as the primary myopia point of contact for assigned customers.
• Analyze clinical studies and market data.
• Identify and disseminate best practices.
• Organize and deliver all regional and store-level training programs related to Myopia and MiSight.
• Train and inform the regional sales teams about new initiatives.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the optical (clinical) industry is required, with a preference for knowledge in Myopia Management.
• Familiarity with the (optical) retail landscape and relevant experience is advantageous.
• At least three years of experience in customer-facing sales roles.
• Proven experience and skills in formulating and executing customer business plans.
• Exceptional sales abilities with a history of achieving sales targets.
• Strong relationship-building skills with excellent interpersonal abilities to effectively influence others.
• Outstanding organizational and planning capabilities.
• Fluent in Dutch and possess basic proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• A full, clean driving license is required.
• Remote work environment with a home office setup, including a company car, laptop, iPad, and mobile phone provided.
