This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take charge of revenue generation.
• Identify new clients through proactive outreach and leveraging your existing network.
• Develop and oversee your own pipeline of opportunities.
• Ensure a steady stream of qualified leads.
• Finalize agreements for our Performance Ads solution, encompassing OEMs, SDK Networks, Programmatic channels, and Rewarded Ads.
• Manage the entire sales cycle.
• Engage in discovery, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
• Showcase performance advertising opportunities to mobile advertisers.
• Independently finalize deals.
• Contribute to the enhancement of our sales playbook.
• Create scalable outbound strategies.
• Attend industry events and potentially represent the company through speaking opportunities.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in AdTech, affiliate networks, or performance marketing sales.
• Mandatory experience in selling performance-based advertising solutions.
• Strong comprehension of mobile user acquisition and performance marketing.
• Demonstrated success in closing deals.
• Capability to independently generate a pipeline.
• Experience collaborating with mobile applications, advertisers, or user acquisition teams.
• Solid understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
• Fluent in English is required.
• Proficiency in other European languages is advantageous (preferably German, French, or Spanish).
• Remote-first position based in Europe or Berlin.
