This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Africa.
• Identify and evaluate potential partnership and introducing broker opportunities for integration into the organization.
• Clearly convey the company's value proposition, technology, processes, and partnerships to external parties.
• Enhance the performance of existing partnerships by consistently providing outstanding service.
• Keep abreast of daily developments in the financial markets and propose growth strategies to management.
• Work in collaboration with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure that business objectives align with organizational expectations.
• Perform any additional duties and responsibilities as requested by the Company that are relevant to the role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA) is advantageous.
• At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the FX, CFDs, or financial services sector.
• Strong comprehension of financial products, trading platforms, and industry regulations.
• A proven history of meeting or surpassing sales targets and objectives, with quantifiable successes preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building rapport and engaging effectively with clients.
• Strong analytical capabilities and a data-driven approach to identify opportunities and make informed choices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships at the same time.
• Self-driven and results-oriented, with a history of achieving sales objectives.
• Proficiency in CRM software and the MS Office Suite.
