This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities primarily within the gaming industry and secondarily in related sectors.
• Create innovative marketing strategies focused on products and brands that are informed by customer needs and project requirements, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners.
• Perform market and competitor analysis specifically within the gaming sector.
• Independently set up and maintain a system for monitoring and scoring new releases across desktop, console, and mobile platforms, which will serve as the foundation for your sales pipeline.
• Aid in the creation and promotion of new marketing services tailored for gaming clients.
• Represent the company at gaming trade shows and industry events.
• Proven experience of at least 2 years in business development or sales, preferably within the gaming industry.
• Strong background in marketing and communications, ideally with agency experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of the gaming sector along with current market trends.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation capabilities with an aptitude for fostering long-term client relationships.
• Self-driven with a proactive and independent approach to work.
• Fluent in English, with additional languages being an asset.
• Willingness to travel for international gaming events.
