This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.
• Spearhead strategic collaborations and drive commercial advancement in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tadzhikistan, Kyrgyzstan, and other CIS nations.
• Serve as the regional representative for essential external partnerships.
• Ensure robust alignment among partners, internal stakeholders, and overarching business objectives.
• Represent the company with confidence in high-level discussions across various markets.
• Emphasize business development while comprehending the product, operational, and financial aspects behind partnership structures.
• Over 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, operations, or commercial roles within the payments, fintech, or digital platform sectors.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing senior-level relationships across multiple CIS regions.
• Strong commercial negotiation abilities, with a history of successfully closing complex agreements spanning multiple countries.
• Comprehensive understanding of cross-border business models, fund flows, and commercial frameworks.
• Capability to combine strategic thought with practical execution.
• Proficiency in English and Russian.
• Openness to travel within the CIS as necessary.
• Preferred experience: Background working with regional or global platforms operating in the CIS.
• Knowledge of payment ecosystems within CIS markets.
• Familiarity with complex partnership or operational frameworks involving multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience serving as a regional leader or informal manager across different countries.
