This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Identify, pursue, and finalize new business opportunities throughout the EMEA region.
• Establish worldwide corporate agreements with international organizations based in the area.
• Engage with C-level executives and lead discussions with pricing, e-commerce, data, and marketing leaders as a trusted advisor.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle, from targeted outbound prospecting to procurement, contract negotiation, and closing deals.
• Manage a portfolio of designated strategic accounts, holding commercial responsibility for renewals, expansions, and multi-country framework growth.
• Maintain commercial ownership while Customer Success oversees delivery and client adoption.
• Participate in on-site customer visits, executive and leadership workshops, business reviews, and value milestones.
• Expand accounts from Minderest Price Intelligence to Reactev AI Price Optimization.
• Develop the EMEA reference base for AI-driven pricing solutions.
• Enhance Minderest’s visibility and authority in the EMEA market.
• Establish yourself as the recognized expert in the assigned territory.
• Create precise, data-driven pipeline forecasts to support executive decision-making and territory planning.
• Complete a practical case study and role-play exercise during the selection process.
• Engage in executive leadership interviews with the VP of Growth and the People team.
• Native or fluent English speaker.
• Full professional proficiency in Spanish.
• 3–5+ years of demonstrated success in enterprise business development within B2B SaaS/Tech environments.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or surpassing revenue targets.
• In-depth understanding of MEDDIC, consultative selling frameworks, go-to-market strategies, and advanced outbound prospecting techniques.
• Background or strong exposure to retail, e-commerce, or pricing software is highly valued.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales automation tools (HubSpot preferred).
• Experience with productivity tools such as Google Workspace.
• Active listener, empathetic communicator, adaptable, highly detail-oriented, and quick to learn new tools and concepts.
