This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Oversee business development efforts within the Industrial and Commercial Refrigeration sector as well as the broader HVACR / thermal management market.
• Discover new growth avenues, craft compelling value propositions, and enhance Chemours’ standing across key segments of the value chain.
• Develop a profound understanding of industry trends, regulatory changes, and value-chain dynamics.
• Forge and sustain robust relationships across technical, commercial, R&D, manufacturing, and operational areas.
• Propel measurable growth through field engagement, seminars, case studies, and targeted marketing strategies.
• A university degree (Bachelor's level or higher), ideally in Engineering; an MBA is advantageous.
• At least 10 years of sales and business development experience in B2B settings such as chemicals, commercial refrigeration, cold storage, food retail, or heat pump sectors.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder-management abilities, with a consultative and customer-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
• Openness to travel up to 50% of the time throughout the EMEA region.
