This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Strategic expansion of existing customer relationships in the Defence and/or Critical Infrastructure (KRITIS) sectors
• Identification and development of new business opportunities and market potentials
• Management of complex sales processes and long-term sales cycles
• Establishment and maintenance of sustainable relationships at the decision-making level
• Development of tailored sales and account strategies
• Collaboration with internal departments to create customized solutions and proposals
• Analysis of relevant market and technology trends
• Support in tenders, proposal processes, and strategic partnerships
• Representation of the company in relevant networks
• At least 5 years of professional experience in sales, business development, or account management
• Experience in the Defence sector and/or critical infrastructure (KRITIS)
• Proven experience with complex and long-term sales cycles
• Confident demeanor at the decision-making level, along with strong communication skills
• Structured, independent, and entrepreneurial work approach
• Experience with technically demanding products or solutions is an advantage
• Excellent proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written
• Willingness to travel within Germany
