This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Strategic growth of current customer relationships within the defence and/or critical infrastructure (KRITIS) sector.
• Identification and cultivation of new business prospects and market opportunities.
• Oversight of intricate sales processes and extended sales cycles.
• Establishing and nurturing sustainable relationships at the decision-maker level.
• Formulation of customized sales and account strategies.
• Collaboration with internal specialist teams to develop appropriate solutions and proposals.
• Analysis of pertinent market and technology trends.
• Assistance with tenders, proposal processes, and strategic alliances.
• Representation of the company in relevant networks.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Background in the defence sector and/or in critical infrastructure (KRITIS).
• Demonstrated experience with complex and lengthy sales cycles.
• Confident demeanor at the decision-maker level accompanied by excellent communication skills.
• Organized, independent, and entrepreneurial work style.
• Experience with technically complex products or solutions is advantageous.
• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
• Willingness to travel within Germany.
