Senior Business Development Manager – Consumer Financing Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Drive the commercial success of consumer financing and private leasing for Autohero clients.

• Design and enhance financial products, including pricing structures, interest rates, and partnership models.

• Lead the implementation of processes and operational enhancements for financial offerings.

• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Marketing, Legal, and external partners to introduce new customer solutions.

• Utilize data-driven insights to create products that enhance the online car purchasing experience.

• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and financing partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent analytical skills with the capability to prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines.

• Up to 5 years of relevant work experience in car credit and/or private leasing, preferably with a captive or independent car financing provider on an international level.

• Established history in the design, pricing, and process implementation of car financing and/or leasing products.

• Ability to work autonomously and a proven track record of engaging with high-level stakeholders on an international scale.

• A degree in finance, business administration, engineering, computer science, or a related field.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

• Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in additional European languages being an advantage.
