This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Lead the implementation of strategic Microsoft Co-Sell initiatives across all business units, products, and regions.
• Identify and cultivate collaborative opportunities with Microsoft Sellers in the areas of Data, AI, and Fabric workloads.
• Establish and execute partnership frameworks and incentive structures in conjunction with other Business Development leaders.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and GTM leadership specific to each Business Unit to design and orchestrate impactful joint campaigns and sales strategies that generate additional pipeline and ACV bookings.
• Partner with Microsoft Field Communications, Sales Enablement, and Sales Operations to enhance the adoption of new programs and processes.
• Act as a representative in Microsoft partner programs, marketplaces, and Fabric community events.
• Manage relationships with Microsoft field teams and oversee joint account planning efforts.
• Organize solution briefings, demos, and discovery sessions with potential clients.
• Assist in the development of proposals, case studies, and marketing materials in partnership with GTM teams.
• Collaborate closely with delivery and technical teams to ensure alignment of offerings with client requirements and field engagement.
• 5-8 years of experience within the Microsoft ecosystem, ideally in a partner-facing or business development capacity.
• Solid understanding of the Microsoft Data & AI stack, including Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Copilot, and AI Foundry.
• Demonstrated success in engaging Microsoft sales teams and facilitating co-sell opportunities.
• Ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of Data & AI solutions to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Proficient in navigating Microsoft tools and programs (Partner Center, Co-Sell, Marketplace).
• Exceptional communication, relationship management, and program execution skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Bachelor's degree is required; technical or business degree, or an MBA is preferred.
