This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Create new growth opportunities via strategic alliances and sales channels
• Cultivate prospects with complete ownership from start to finish
• Manage P&L for new initiatives
• Collaborate across various departments
• Actively communicate updates and challenges
• 5–8 years of experience in Business Development or Strategy
• Demonstrated success in developing new business areas, rather than just enhancing existing ones
• Background in startups or scale-ups
• Excellent negotiation skills for independent deal-making
• Strong analytical skills to create compelling business cases
• Ability to make decisive moves when leading initiatives
• Effective stakeholder management skills
• Self-motivated with the capability to advance projects independently
• Preferably experienced in D2C, consumer brands, or health/wellness sectors
• Willingness to utilize AI tools in daily tasks
• Proficient in German and business-level English
• Fully remote work within Germany
• Up to 90 days of mobile work from anywhere in the EU each year
