This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to enhance Native’s market footprint, which includes identifying new business prospects, evaluating market trends, and generating long-term value for the organization.
• Cultivate and strengthen strategic partnerships with DeFi protocols, dApp developers, financial institutions, and other vital stakeholders to enrich Native's ecosystem.
• Lead Native’s expansion into new markets by devising and executing customized go-to-market strategies for various regions and market segments.
• Oversee high-stakes deal negotiations, finalize strategic partnerships, and promote sustained revenue growth through inventive business methods.
• Create and sustain robust, trust-based relationships with clients, providing solutions that align with their objectives and Native’s value proposition.
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure that business development goals are in sync with product offerings, effectively meeting market demand.
• Represent Native as a thought leader at industry events, conferences, and public forums, reinforcing the company’s stature as a leader in the DeFi sector.
• Assist in generating engaging content to boost brand visibility and position Native as a leading authority in liquidity infrastructure.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
• 5-8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related fields, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
• Extensive background in the fintech, blockchain, or DeFi sectors, with a proven track record of closing high-value deals and nurturing long-term collaborations.
• Profound understanding of blockchain technology, the DeFi ecosystem, and liquidity infrastructure, along with a strong professional network in the industry.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proven capability to develop and execute impactful business strategies.
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, fostering collaborative achievements.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments while effectively managing multiple priorities.
• Strong leadership qualities with the capability to mentor and guide teams towards reaching business objectives.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
