Senior Business Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and achieve both individual and team revenue objectives, ensuring responsibility for pipeline creation, conversion, and deal finalization.

• Build and sustain a strong, high-quality sales pipeline by prospecting in various sectors, including but not limited to primary care, hospices, care, and secondary care.

• Conduct personalized demonstrations of RotaMaster with confidence, addressing client pain points and business requirements.

• Identify and refine target customer segments, value propositions, and sales strategies across both core and emerging markets.

• Discover opportunities to enhance pricing and packaging in order to maximize revenue.

• Seek out and pursue high-potential adjacent market opportunities that can contribute to incremental revenue growth.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor positioning.

• Provide structured insights on the market and customers to guide product development and strategic direction.

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to align demand generation with sales priorities and enhance lead quality and conversion rates.

• Partner with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure that customer needs are integrated into product development and service delivery.

• Establish and maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and performance metrics tracking.

• Regularly present insights and performance updates to senior leadership, highlighting risks, opportunities, and suggested actions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrable success in creating a robust self-generated pipeline and achieving revenue growth in a senior sales or business development role, preferably within the SaaS or workforce management sectors.

• Significant experience selling in the UK healthcare market, with knowledge of procurement processes and stakeholder complexities.

• A network of decision-makers would be advantageous.

• Strong commercial awareness, with a solid understanding of pricing, forecasting, and revenue planning.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Ability to quickly become familiar with a complex platform and develop extensive product knowledge.

• Confidence in delivering product demonstrations succinctly and effectively managing objections and inquiries.

• Comfortable working with KPIs related to sales and activity.
