• Propel sustainable sales growth and expand market share within a designated territory.
• Cultivate robust customer relationships and provide outstanding customer experiences.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders, senior decision-makers, Eye Care Professionals, and store teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve the patient journey, enhance retention, raise contact lens awareness, boost fitting efficiency, and offer post-fitting support.
• Gain insights into customer objectives, business drivers, and consumer behaviors.
• Achieve year-on-year sales growth through effective account management, commercial planning, and execution.
• Spot opportunities for category expansion, market share increase, product adoption, and customer value enhancement.
• Introduce new products and services, articulating their clinical, commercial, and consumer advantages.
• Create and implement customer activity plans, training programs, events, and in-store initiatives.
• Discover unexploited territory opportunities for new business development.
• Maintain expertise in company products, clinical evidence, partner reporting, and commercial strategy.
• Accurately complete reporting, CRM updates, customer records, and administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Strategically plan and manage territory activities, resources, and priorities.
• Analyze customer performance, opportunities, and challenges, providing actionable recommendations.
• Work alongside Key Account Managers and internal teams to develop integrated customer solutions.
• Collaborate with Professional Affairs teams to formulate and implement annual clinical and commercial territory plans.
• Deliver clinical education programs that enhance customer capabilities, relationships, brand loyalty, and growth.
• Build internal and external networks while addressing customer issues.
• Share customer insights, market intelligence, and best practices throughout the organization.
• Proven experience in defining and achieving sales results through strong business acumen.
• Exceptional relationship-building and consultative selling abilities.
• Capability to understand customer businesses, identify needs, influence stakeholders, and utilize insights to drive commercial success.
• Demonstrated commercial and sales experience with a successful history of meeting sales targets and managing customer growth opportunities.
• Highly driven, dynamic, resilient, and results-oriented.
• Agility, creativity, and persistence in finding solutions and adapting to evolving customer and business needs.
• Excellent business acumen and organizational skills.
